Apple Says Free iPhone 4 Cases Cost $175 Million

Apple revealed that free bumpers will cost $175 million in revenue. As free bumpers were announced at iPhone 4 special conference to handle with the iPhone 4 antenna issues.

Few minutes ago Apple has announced the results of fiscal Q3, 2010 with profit of $3.25 billion on record $15.7 billion revenue and according to company that reached to an unexpected margin line with the expected revenue of $18 billion for Q4, 2010.
With this huge amount of earning if Apple entered the debt of $175 million for iPhone cases to its next quarter’s balance sheet then that should not be a big deal to protect against iPhone 4 antenna problems.
